How does it work?

Each customer is given one or two laundry bags plus a checklist prior to beginning the service. Customers can leave their bag(s) of dirty clothes at a pre-arranged location at their home or office for pick-up or may choose to have our driver pick-up from you in person. Cleaned clothes will be delivered back normally within 2 business days and at the same pre-arranged location. Cloths requiring major alterations may take longer. We also accept special delivery instructions to leave clean garments at another location. Complete arrangements are made prior to the first pick up.

What services does Spare Moments Valet offer?

Spare Moments Valet is a full service company capable of handling a wide range of garments and household items that require dry cleaning or laundering. We take care of the cleaning of suede and leather garments, all types of window coverings, rugs and carpets and the cleaning and preservation of wedding gowns. Personal laundry wash/dry/fold service is available. Minor repairs and broken and missing button replacements are complimentary. Skilled seamstress and tailoring services are available.

Does Spare Moments Valet offer special pricing for multiple bag locations?

Yes we do. Discounts are offered for offices, apartments and condominiums. Please contact your local office for details.

Where does Spare Moments Valet provide service?

We currently pick up and deliver throughout the Greater Toronto Area. However, we will soon be expanding our network of licensee throughout Southern Ontario.

How long does it take?

Two days for regular Gold service. Two to five business days for Platinum Service. Garments requiring re-cleaning or laundered items such as comforters and major alteration work take longer.

How do I pay for Spare Moments Valet services?

You may pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). You will be asked for authorization each time your credit card is used.

How is my credit card protected?

No information is given over the internet. The authorization takes place between the customer and Spare Moments Valet's owner.

What if I am not home for pick up or delivery?

You will receive a free, water-resistant fabric laundry bag to leave for the driver. No one needs to be home for either pick up or delivery. A Spare Moments Valet staff member will be glad to make arrangements with you.

Does Spare Moments Valet offer office delivery?

Yes. Bags can be picked up and delivered at a location of your choice. Cleaned items will be returned to the same location. There is absolutely no business interruption.

Use Spare Moments Valet when it is convenient for you. Some customers use our service weekly, bi-weekly or only occasionally.
